Professor Nigel Taproot, the affable and learned classical music aficionado, invites you into Beethoven’s world and his remarkable age. Featuring the legendary Symphony No. 5, sprinkled with fascinating facts and timely trivia, this concert is an inventive introduction to Beethoven’s musical genius, conducted by Jacksonville Symphony Assistant Conductor Deanna Tham. Experience the world’s most famous four notes – and the rest of Beethoven’s Fifth – as you’ve never heard it!
